Hao Le Thanh

Hao Thanh LE is a strategic manager and MBA graduate dedicated to driving inclusive digital transformation across Vietnam’s emerging markets. As Strategy Manager at Mekong Sen, she spearheads the digitalisation of agricultural SMEs in Dong Thap, focusing on SDG 9—building resilient infrastructure and promoting inclusive industrialisation. Her work is uniquely focused on achieving equitable growth by empowering female staff and owners with essential digital tools, ensuring innovation actively closes the gender divide.

Hao is currently seeking to transition her local operational expertise into regional strategic influence. Her immediate challenge is bridging the gap between successful project execution and the establishment of high-level digital governance frameworks to mitigate cross-border compliance and cybersecurity risks. With prior experience managing large technical teams (39 developers) and a background in supply chain strategy (Maersk), her long-term aspiration is to secure an executive role that defines and governs equitable digital policy across the Mekong sub-region. She seeks GTF mentorship to master high-stakes negotiation and capital mobilisation necessary to replicate her inclusive model across ASEAN.
